Which massage chair suits me?
In short: the longer the track, the more of your back it covers. Not sure? Use the chair finder or send us your height, weight and complaints.
What is the difference between an S, L and SL track?
An S track follows the back to the lower back, an L track runs on into the buttocks. The SL track does both, with no gap in between.
Up to what height and weight?
It is listed on every product page. The TITAN is built for 205 cm and 120 kg; the ASTRON goes up to 135 kg.
Do I need to assemble the chair?
No. The chairs arrive Plug & Play: put it down, plug it in, use it.
What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free. For €95 two couriers bring the chair into the room of your choice. Collection in The Hague is possible.
How long does it take?
If the model is in stock, usually within one working day. Not every model is always in stock. Please check the current lead time.
Will the chair fit through my door?
The narrowest dimension is on every product page; for the TITAN that is 76 cm. Leave room behind it for reclining.
Where is the best place to put it?
On a level floor, a little away from the wall, within reach of a socket. Send us a photo of the room and we will think along.
How much warranty do I get?
5 years warranty on every massage chair.
What if something breaks?
Reach us on WhatsApp or by phone. We work out what is wrong with you and arrange the repair or the part.
Can I return the chair?
Yes. You have a 30-day trial at home. If it does not suit you, we collect it free of charge. Conditions are on the returns page.
How quickly do I get an answer?
On WhatsApp usually within 5 minutes, by e-mail within 4 hours. By phone we are available every day from 09:00 to 21:00.
Where is the showroom?
At De Werf 11 in The Hague. Route and hours are on the showroom page.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We receive you by appointment: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat & Sun 10:00–16:00, so you can stay seated for as long as you like.
What can I do there?
Try every model in the collection, compare them side by side and get advice.
Can I take one home straight away?
Collection in The Hague is possible if the model is in stock. Please check with us first.
